Get ready to transform your strength and flexibility with our amazing reformer pilates classes! We provide personalised attention in small class sizes, ensuring you get the most out of your workout

RISE GENTLE EARTH

This beginner-friendly class is for those new to reformer. A welcoming space for those that are new, seeking a slower pace, healing from injuries or rediscovering their fitness journey after a break. Options to both regress and progress as you connect with your body.

RISE EARTH

Our foundation class, perfect for all levels. Focus on mastering technique, muscle activation, and control while building balance and coordination. Options to regress or progress make it suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners looking to refine their practice.

RISE FIRE

Rooted in classical Pilates with a contemporary twist, this strong, dynamic class delivers all the Pilates shakes. Designed for intermediate to advanced client. Prior reformer experience required. Not suitable for injuries. First trimester only

RISE

CORE+GLUTES

A more contemporary dynamic class, with classical elements and a special focus on strengthening core and glutes. Expect pulses, strong holds and pilates shakes. First Trimester only.

A calm and meditative class focusing on flexibility work, deep stretching and breath work. Rise Air offers a peaceful space to breathe deeply, stretch fully, and leave feeling lighter in both body and mind.

Sculpt. Strengthen. Unleash.
Pounding beats. Heavy springs. Where the precision of reformer Pilates meets the raw power of kettlebells—sculpting, strengthening, and pushing you to your edge. This class challenges your core, endurance, and resilience—designed to forge your strongest self. Must have reformer experience.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Joseph Pilates designed the reformer to enhance strength, flexibility and balance, it is the original classical pilates equipment. We use springs and pulleys to create resistance. 

It is a full body workout
It builds strength and lean muscles 
It is high intensity but low impact 
It creates a stronger core and better posture
It increases flexibility and mobility

Can anybody do Reformer ?....

Absolutely! Reformer Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels and ages - from beginners to athletes. You will step off the reformer radiating positivity and strength.
