RISE Earth
Our foundation class, perfect for all levels. Focus on mastering technique, muscle activation, and control while building balance and coordination. Options to regress or progress make it suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners looking to refine their practice.
RISE Fire
Rooted in classical Pilates with a contemporary twist, this strong, dynamic class delivers all the Pilates shakes. Designed for intermediate to advanced client. Prior reformer experience required. Not suitable for injuries. First trimester only
RISE
CORE+GLUTES
A more contemporary dynamic class, with classical elements and a special focus on strengthening core and glutes. Expect pulses, strong holds and pilates shakes. First Trimester only.

Rise Air
A calm and meditative class focusing on flexibility work, deep stretching and breath work. Rise Air offers a peaceful space to breathe deeply, stretch fully, and leave feeling lighter in both body and mind.

Rise Forge
Sculpt. Strengthen. Unleash.
Pounding beats. Heavy springs. Where the precision of reformer Pilates meets the raw power of kettlebells—sculpting, strengthening, and pushing you to your edge. This class challenges your core, endurance, and resilience—designed to forge your strongest self. Must have reformer experience.

Rise Gentle Earth
This beginner-friendly class is for those new to reformer. A welcoming space for those that are new, seeking a slower pace, healing from injuries or rediscovering their fitness journey after a break. Options to both regress and progress as you connect with your body.

What is Reformer Pilates?
Joseph Pilates designed the reformer to enhance strength, flexibility and balance, it is the original classical pilates equipment. We use springs and pulleys to create resistance.
It is a full body workout
It builds strength and lean muscles
It is high intensity but low impact
It creates a stronger core and better posture
It increases flexibility and mobility
Can anybody do reformer ?....

Meet Helena
Welcome to Studio Rise! I'm Helena, a former professional dancer with a BA Hons Degree in Dance, level 3 trainer, actor and passionate advocate for the transformative power of Reformer Pilates.
​
My journey in pilates began with a 15-year performance career in London, where I had to the incredible opportunity to work with major artists and immersing myself in the vibrant dance scene. Along the way, I discovered Reformer Pilates and fell in love with its blend of strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. It's a privilege to lead individuals in discovering strength and confidence in their bodies through movement!
After relocating from London and embracing my new role as a mom, I envisioned creating a space to share my passion for Pilates and Studio Rise was born. Our boutique studio offers small, personalised classes where individuals of all fitness levels can come together and experience the incredible benefits of Reformer Pilates in a welcoming environment.

GRIPPY SOCKS + CLOTHINGYou must wear reformer socks to help you grip to the machine and for hygeine. They are available to purchase at £7 at the studio if you need. Please wear comfortable gym wear you can move in easily.

LATENESSYou must arrive 10 mins before your first class, if you are a regular we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early. The door will be locked when the class starts for safety so if you arrive after this you won't be able to enter.

CANCELLATIONSWe have a 24 hr cancellation policy - cancellation after this time will mean the session is lost
